Role and Responsibilities

• Manage filing and preparation of patent applications.
• Conduct patentability research and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with patent and intellectual property laws.
• Advise clients on IP matters and provide expert guidance.
• Oversee documentation processes and collaborate with the legal team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); specialization in IP Law is a plus.
• Strong expertise in patent applications, preparation, and IP principles.
• Prior experience in patent filing and intellectual property matters preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
