H K Acharya & Company – HKINDIA is hiring a Patent Agent for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves drafting and preparing patent applications, conducting patentability assessments and patent searches, applying patent law for clients, managing intellectual property rights, ensuring compliance with patent regulations, and working closely with the legal team to deliver tailored IP solutions.

• Drafting and preparing patent applications.
• Conducting patentability assessments and in-depth patent searches.
• Applying patent law for clients and managing intellectual property rights.
• Ensuring compliance with patent-related regulations.
• Collaborating with the legal team to provide tailored intellectual property solutions.

Eligibility

• Expertise in patent preparation and drafting of patent applications.
• Proficiency in conducting patentability assessments and patent searches.
• In-depth knowledge of patent law and experience in managing patent applications.
• Strong research and analytical skills for intellectual property review.
• Ability to communicate technical and legal concepts effectively.
• Registered Patent Agent qualification is an added advantage.
• A bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering or a scientific field is preferred.
• Freshers may also apply.
