Details of the Job/Internship
LEXCLAIM Advocates is hiring a Patent Agent with 2–3 years of experience to join its office in South Extension-1, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
- Handling Indian and international patent matters.
- Preparing and filing FER responses, handling hearings, and managing office actions.
- Conducting patent searches, including FTO, novelty, and patentability searches.
- Coordinating with clients and managing deadlines.
Eligibility
- Registered Patent Agent.
- Degree in Science.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and global patent laws.
