Details of the Job/Internship
Motherson Innovations is hiring a Patent Agent with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves preparing and filing patent applications, conducting patent searches, assessing patentability, and ensuring compliance with patent law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and file patent applications.
- Conduct patent searches and assess patentability.
- Draft responses for Office Actions in various jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable patent laws.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
- Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- Patent Agent certification is mandatory.
- Law degree is a plus.
- Experience in drafting for EP, US, DE, and IN.
- Knowledge of patent law and patentability assessment.
- Experience in patent searching and drafting responses to Office Actions in US, EP, DE, KR, JP, CN, IN.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
