Details of the Job/Internship
Photon Legal is hiring a Patent Agent with relevant experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft patent applications.
- Conduct patent searches and identify prior art.
- Prepare patentability assessments and detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with patent laws across jurisdictions such as the US, IN, and EP.
- Collaborate with clients, inventors, and technical teams on IP strategies.
Eligibility
- Knowledge and experience in patent preparation and drafting.
- Strong understanding of patent filing and prosecution processes.
- Deep knowledge of patent law across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in patentability assessments and search analysis.
- Ability to understand complex technologies such as AI, deep tech, and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Law.
- Valid patent agent certification in India or a relevant jurisdiction.
