Details of the Job/Internship

R K Dewan & Co is hiring a Patent Agent to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Patent Agent will be responsible for daily tasks such as preparing patent applications, conducting patent searches, analyzing patentability, and ensuring legal compliance with patent laws.
• The role requires strong knowledge of patent law and excellent attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Patent Preparation, Patent applications, and Patent Law.
• Experience in conducting Patent Searching and analyzing patent ability.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree Engineering.
• Experience in a law firm or intellectual property firm is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
