Details of the Job/Internship
S. Majumdar & Co. Is hiring a Patent Agent with experience of 4 to 6 years to join their office in Delhi or Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting Patent Searches; Patent drafting, Drafting response to FER's, Attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office; Drafting Oppositions/Counter Statements/Evidences etc.; Assist the Litigation team in drafting and preparing technical arguments/responses for Suits/ Revocations/Appeals.
Eligibility
- Post qualification experience 4 to 6 years.
