Details of the Job/Internship

S. Majumdar & Co. Is hiring a Patent Agent with experience of 4 to 6 years to join their office in Delhi or Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting prior art searches, FTOs, and infringement searches.
•  Providing patentability opinions.
•  Drafting specifications and managing patent prosecution (including FER analysis, preparing responses, attending client queries, and hearings).

Eligibility

• Technical Area: Qualified Patent Agent (Mandatory), B. Tech / M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications.
•  Technical Specialisation: Electronics and Telecommunications.
• Location: Full-time positions available in Kolkata or New Delhi. Candidates from other cities must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken command of English is essential.

Salary/Stipend
