Details of the Job/Internship
S. Majumdar & Co. is hiring a Patent Agent with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Undertaking prior art searches, FTOs, and infringement searches,
- Patentability opinions,
- Drafting specifications,
- Patent prosecution: FER analysis, preparing responses, attending to client queries, attending hearings,
- Assisting the Litigation team in case of Appeals and revocations.
Eligibility
- Post-qualification experience of 3 to 5 years.
- Technical Area: Chemistry/Pharma ( Postgraduate preferred)
- Language: Excellent written and spoken command of the English language is essential.
