Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring a Patent Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property practice in Delhi, Chennai, or Bangalore. The role is suited for candidates with a strong engineering background and experience in patent search and/or drafting, contributing to the firm’s IP services.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct patent searches and analysis.
• Draft patent specifications and related documents.
• Support intellectual property matters within the firm’s IP practice.

Eligibility

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or IT Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in patent search, analysis, or drafting.
• Experience as a Patent Agent is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
