Role and Responsibilities
The Patent Analyst-Trainee will assist in patent analysis, prior-art searches, patent landscape mapping, and support patent attorneys in various tasks. They will be trained to understand and analyze patents across different technology domains.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of patent drafting, prosecution, and portfolio management.
- Experience in client counseling and working with diverse industries.
- Familiarity with patent analysis, prior-art searches, and patent landscape mapping.
- Ability to support patent attorneys in various tasks.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Technical background in engineering or science is a plus.
- IP certification or related qualifications are beneficial.
