Details of the Job/Internship
Chakr Innovation is hiring a Patent Assocate to join them in Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth patent and non-patent literature searches to determine patentability and analyse prior arts for novelty assessments.
- Have sound knowledge in drafting patent applications.
- Collaborate with inventors to comprehend their inventions and translate technical information into patent specifications.
- Perform freedom to operate, invalidity, infringement, and technology landscape analyses.
- Utilize various free and paid databases effectively for patent searching.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Electrochemistry and related disciplines to evaluate technical innovations accurately.
- Stay updated with advancements in science and technology to aid in the conceptual development of inventions.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Patent law and other relevant regulations while handling patent-related matters.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey analysis results and insights to internal teams.
Eligibility
- B.Tech. / M.Tech. / M.Sc./ Ph.D. in Chemical engg. / Chemistry.
- 2-6 years of experience in patent analysis, searching, drafting, managing, and patent related tasks.
