Details of the Job/Internship
Engineer IP is hiring for the position of Patent Analyst to join their office in Mohali district.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft patent applications for various technologies.
- Analyze patent data and perform patentability assessments.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research on existing patents.
- Ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations.
- Support the development of intellectual property strategies.
- Collaborate with the IP team and other stakeholders to align on patent-related initiatives.
Eligibility
- Experience in patent preparation and patentability assessments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct competitive intelligence research.
- Knowledge of patent law and intellectual property principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the intellectual property industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field.
