Details of the Job/Internship
LogicizeIP is hiring a Patent Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Najafgarh, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct patent search projects with expected quality and timeliness.
- Understand invention or patent disclosures using technical background.
- Perform patent and non-patent literature searches for technology landscapes, patentability, prior-art, FTO, validity/invalidity, and infringement.
- Analyze patent claims and descriptions for claims mapping, portfolio analysis, and patent categorization.
- Interact with clients and maintain quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Work on assignments related to market research, IP research, and business research.
- Prepare robust search strategies and research reports.
- Draft and file various forms under the Patent Act.
- Independently handle at least one of drafting or prosecution projects.
- Build productive relationships with customers and team members.
- Assign tasks to associates and mentor them.
Eligibility
- M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer Science.
- Good knowledge of English (writing and speaking).
- Proficient in computer usage.
