Details of the Job/Internship
LogicizeIP is hiring a Patent Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Najafgarh, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct patent and non-patent literature searches for prior-art, patentability, FTO, invalidity, and infringement.
- Analyze patent claims, descriptions, and technical disclosures.
- Draft and file forms under the Patent Act.
- Prepare research reports for clients, including attorneys and technical experts.
- Handle patent landscape, claims mapping, categorization, and portfolio analysis.
- Work on market research and business research assignments.
- Mentor junior associates and assign tasks.
- Maintain quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Interact with clients and ensure deliverable standards.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/M.Tech or B.Sc/M.Sc in Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer Science.
- Good command of English (writing and speaking).
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Ability to independently handle drafting or prosecution work.
