Details of the Job/Internship

LogicizeIP is hiring a Patent Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Najafgarh, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct patent and non-patent literature searches for prior-art, patentability, FTO, invalidity, and infringement.
• Analyze patent claims, descriptions, and technical disclosures.
• Draft and file forms under the Patent Act.
• Prepare research reports for clients, including attorneys and technical experts.
• Handle patent landscape, claims mapping, categorization, and portfolio analysis.
• Work on market research and business research assignments.
• Mentor junior associates and assign tasks.
• Maintain quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Interact with clients and ensure deliverable standards.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/M.Tech or B.Sc/M.Sc in Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer Science.
• Good command of English (writing and speaking).
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Ability to independently handle drafting or prosecution work.

Salary/Stipend
