Details of the Job/Internship

V Juridique is hiring for the position of Patent and Trademark Paralegal with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with filing and prosecution of patent and trademark applications (India & International).
• Draft responses to examination reports, oppositions, and legal notices.
• Conduct basic trademark searches and prepare research reports.
• Handle client correspondence and maintain accurate case records.
• Manage docketing, filings, renewals, and deadline tracking.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in IP law (law firm or in-house).
• Solid understanding of Indian Trademark Rules, Madrid Protocol, and patent procedures.
• Familiarity with docketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Salary/Stipend
