Intellect Bastion is inviting law students to intern with them in their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Patentability Assessment & Prior Art Searches.
- Patent Drafting & Filing.
- Responding to Office Actions.
- Trademark, Copyright, & Industrial Design Registrations.
- Handling various IPR-related matters.
Eligibility
- Practical exposure to patents, trademarks & IP law.
- Mentorship from IPR experts.
- Opportunity for a full-time role post-internship.
- Candidates with a degree in Science or Engineering Subjects.
- Strong analytical & research skills.
- Interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
