IPQuad Partners is hiring a Patent Associate (Drafting) in Noida, India. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
The Patent Associate will be responsible for patent preparation, patent applications, assessing patentability, understanding patent law, and managing intellectual property tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Eligibility
- Patent Preparation and Patent Applications skills.
- Understanding of Patentability and Patent Law.
- Experience in Intellectual Property management.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Legal background or experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field.
