IPQuad Partners is hiring Patent Associate-Drafting with experience of 2 years to join their office in Noida.
- No of Positions: 2.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in Drafting and Submitting Patent Applications.
- Respond to inquiries from the IP India Office regarding various aspects of Indian Patent law and practice.
- Prepare and Submit Responses to the Patent Office.
Eligibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability for creative and persuasive writing.
- Prior experience in drafting patent applications and/or office action responses.
- Excellent knowledge of IP laws of various countries,various patent databases, and technical domains relevant to the educational background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Any certifications or additional courses/training (inIntellectual Property or otherwise) would be a plus.
