Brainiac IP Solutions is hiring a Patent Associate (Engineer) (IPR) to join their Pune Division.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft patent applications.
• Conduct patentability assessments and patent analyses.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate inventions.
• Provide guidance on technical and legal aspects of intellectual property protection.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in patent preparation, drafting patent applications, and conducting patentability analyses.
• Strong understanding of patent law and intellectual property concepts.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Relevant academic background or work experience in a technology-oriented field such as engineering.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and engage effectively with clients.
