Details of the Job/Internship

KRIA Law is hiring a Patent Associate/Senior Associate with experience of 4 to 5 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting prior art and patentability searches on patent databases.
• Drafting of provisional and complete specification. Assisting in patent prosecution i.e., preparing technical comments and responses to FER.
• Attending hearings before IPO with minimal dependency.
• Conducting Freedom to Operate and preparing technical opinions advising the client on patent ability.

Eligibility

• B.Tech / M.Tech (Electronics & Communication /Electrical / Mechanical / Computer Science).
• Bachelors / Masters in Electronic/ Physics /Computer Science. (MANDATORY).
• Patent Agent (preferred).
• LL.B or LL.M (preferred).
• PQE: 4-5 years.
• The candidate must be well-versed in Patent Prosecution and have Excellent technical understanding in respect of mechanical, ICT,Computer Science and Al related inventions.

Salary/Stipend
