Details of the Job/Internship

IPQuad Partners is conducting a walk-in Interview for Patent Associate - Drafting position to join their Noida Office. Join them for a walk-in interview from 09.30 AM to 3 PM at their Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist in Drafting and Prosecuting Patent Applications.
2. Address queries from the IP India Office regarding various aspects of Indian Patent law and practice.
3. Prepare and File Responses in the Patent Office.
4. Attend Hearings at the Patent Office.
5. Draft and Submit Pre and Post Grant Oppositions.
6. Draft and File Design Applications.

Eligibility

 B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.Sc/B.Sc/MCA or any science-related degree. 

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
