Details of the Job/Internship

ADP Law Offices is hiring a Patent Associate with 1–3 years of experience in patents to join their office in New Delhi. The role requires experience in drafting patent applications in the ICT, mechanical, and electrical/electronics domains, along with conducting FTO and patentability searches. Experience in filing patent applications is an added advantage.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications in ICT, mechanical, and electrical/electronics domains.
• Conduct FTO and patentability searches.
• Assist in filing patent applications.

Eligibility

• B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Communications from a reputed college.
• 1–3 years of work experience in patents.
• Experience in drafting patent applications in ICT, mechanical, and electrical/electronics domains.
• Experience in conducting FTO and patentability searches.
• Experience in filing patent applications is a bonus.
• Lawyer or Registered Patent Agent preferred but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
