Amity University is hiring for the position of Patent Associate to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Patent Associate will be responsible for tasks such as patent preparation, filing patent applications, assessing patentability, understanding patent law, and managing intellectual property matters.
Eligibility
- Patent Drafting
- Patent Search & analysis, FER responses, and hearing responses.
- Proven ability to work with inventors and researchers to identify patentable inventions.
- Strong skills in communication, legal research, and analysis.
- Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Technology (Mandatory).
Salary/Stipend
Rs 25000 to Rs 70,000 ( As per the performance and no. of years of experience).
