Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring a Patent Associate with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on IPR matters.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and affidavits.
• Manage client files, deadlines, and IPR filings.
• Assist in IPR portfolio management and provide litigation support.
• Represent clients in IPR hearings and court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and assist in settlement negotiations.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB or equivalent, with preferred knowledge of IPR law.
• Experience: 2–4 years.
• Skills: Legal research, drafting, client interaction, IPR litigation support.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
