Details of the Job/Internship
Anand and Anand is hiring a Patent Associate to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft patent applications, including claims, specifications, and drawings, adhering to legal and technical requirements.
- Work closely with inventors, engineers, and attorneys to understand inventions and translate technical concepts into clear and concise patent documents.
- Communicate with patent examiners to address office actions and other correspondence during the patent prosecution process.
- Conduct prior art searches and analyses technical literature to support patentability assessments and patent drafting.
- Provide strategic advice on patent portfolio development and management, including evaluating the competitive landscape and identifying potential licensing opportunities.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in electronics and telecommunications.
Eligibility
- Incumbent to have bachelor's degree in electronic & telecommunications Engineering, or a related; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred.
- Strong technical background in electronics and telecommunications, with knowledge of relevant technologies such as circuit design, signal processing, wireless communication, etc.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
