Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring for the position of patent associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Patent Prosecution: Draft and file mechanical patent applications, respond to office actions, and manage global filings.
• Patent Opposition: Represent clients in opposition proceedings, conduct patent analysis, and develop strategies for post-grant challenges.
• Client Interaction: Advise clients on patent strategy and infringement risks.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and legal teams to develop comprehensive patent strategies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution and opposition.
• Registered Patent Attorney or Agent (preferred).
• Strong technical and legal analysis skills, with familiarity in multiple jurisdictions.
