CHADHA & CHADHA is hiring Patent Associates with a science or engineering background and an LL.B. degree to join their team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle patent searches, oppositions, prosecution, and litigation matters.
• Work on patent-related documentation and technical legal analysis.
• Support patent litigation and opposition proceedings.
• Apply technical expertise to patent drafting and advisory work.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree is mandatory.
• Science graduates, engineers, or patent agents with strong technical knowledge.
• Educational background in B.Tech (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science Engineering) or B.Sc.
• Good technical and legal writing skills.

Salary/Stipend
