Details of the Job/Internship

GNANlex Associates is hiring a Patent Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves patent drafting, prosecution, and conducting various patent-related searches and analyses.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting prior art searches.
• Conducting freedom-to-operate analysis.
• Conducting infringement analysis.
• Conducting invalidity searches.
• Drafting patent applications.
• Handling patent prosecution matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
• Patent Agent qualification or Diploma in Patent Law is preferable.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IPR and patents.
• Proficiency with patent search tools.
• Good communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative and problem-solving mindset.

Salary/Stipend
