Details of the Job/Internship

Intellect Bastion LLP is hiring a Patent Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join its office in Pitampura, Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct patentability assessments and prior art searches.
• Draft and file patent applications.
• Respond to office actions.
• Assist with trademark, copyright and industrial design registrations.
• Handle various matters related to Intellectual Property Rights.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience.
• Degree in Science or Engineering subjects.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Salary/Stipend
