Details of the Job/Internship

IPNeeti is hiring a Patent Associate to work from their Noida office. The role involves reading disclosures, understanding inventions, conducting patent searches, and drafting techno-legal documents.

Role and Responsibilities

• Read disclosures to develop an in-depth understanding of inventions.
• Discuss invention details with clients.
• Conduct various patent-related searches.
• Draft techno-legal documents, including specifications and responses.
• Coordinate independently with clients and professional personnel within the firm.

Eligibility

• B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Biotechnology.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Good academic record with attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and superior writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate independently with clients and internal teams.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
