Details of the Job/Internship

IPNeeti is hiring a Senior Patent Associate with experience in drafting to join their office in Noida, Sector 135.

Role and Responsibilities

• Read disclosures to develop an in-depth understanding of inventions and discuss details with clients.
• Undertake various patent-related searches.
• Draft techno-legal documents including specifications and responses.

Eligibility

• M.E./M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech, preferably in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• 5–10 years of experience.
• Good academic record.
• Attention to detail and distinct analytical skills.
• Strong technical skills for comprehending complex technology concepts.
• Superior writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate independently with clients and professional personnel within the firm.

Salary/Stipend
