Details of the Job/Internship

KRIA Law is hiring a Patent Associate having a PQE of 2-3 Years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting prior art and patentability searches on patent databases
• Drafting of provisional and complete specification
• Well-verse with patent prosecution i.e., preparing technical comments and responses to FER.
• Attending hearings in individual capacity or with minimal assistance before IPO,
• Conducting Freedom to Operate.
• Excellent technical understanding in respect of mechanical, ICT, computer science, and AI related invention.

Eligibility

1. B.Tech/M.Tech (Electronics & Communication/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Science)or Bachelors/ Masters in Electronics/Physics/Computer Science.
2. Patent agent (mandatory),
3. LL.B or LL.M (preferred)
