Kria Law is hiring Patent Associate with the experience of 1 to 4 years to join their office in Delhi/Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting prior art and patentability searches on patent databases.
- Drafting of provisional and complete specification.
- Well-versed with patent prosecution i.e., preparing technical comments and responses to FER.
- Attending hearings with minimal assistance or in individual capacity before IPO.
- Conducting Freedom to Operate and preparing technical opinions dvising the client on patentability.
- Excellent technical understanding in respect of mechanical, ICT, Computer science and Al related invention.
Eligibility
- Patent Agent (preferred).
- LL.B or LL.M (preferred).
- PQE: 1-4 years.
