Details of the Job/Internship

Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring a Patent Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its offices across India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct patent research, including prior art searches and patent invalidity searches.
• Draft patent applications.
• Handle patent prosecution matters.
• Assist in patent infringement matters

Eligibility

• Must be a registered Indian Patent Agent.
• Must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a law firm.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have an analytical mindset with strong attention to technical detail.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
