Details of the Job/Internship

LogicizeIP is hiring a Patent Associate with experience in patent drafting and knowledge of patentability and patent law to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review patent applications and documents.
• Assess patentability and conduct patent searches.
• Navigate patent laws and procurement processes.
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property rights.
• Liaise with clients to ensure IP protection.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in law, engineering, or science.
• Skills in patent drafting and patent law knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience in IP is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
