Prasa IP is hiring for the position of Patent Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Patent Associate will be responsible for patent drafting, prosecution, portfolio management, and client counseling. They will work closely with clients from diverse industries to secure intellectual property rights.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of patent drafting, prosecution, and portfolio management.
• Experience in client counseling and working with diverse industries.
• Familiarity with patent analysis, prior-art searches, and patent landscape mapping.
• Ability to support patent attorneys in various tasks.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Technical background in engineering or science is a plus.
• IP certification or related qualifications are beneficial.
• PQE: 1-4 years.
