Details of the Job/Internship
ROYZZ and Co is hiring Patent Associate with the experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Patent Drafting & Filing: Craft specifications that cover the techno-legal aspects of patentable inventions.
- Examination Report Responses: Prepare responses to examination reports from the Indian Patent Office.
- Hearing Management: Manage Hearings before the Indian Patent Office and prepare responses.
Eligibility
- LLB. Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Engineer. PQE - 1 to 2 years' experience in Patent prosecution and opposition, including managing/attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
