Details of the Job/Internship
SARAS IP is is hiring a patent associate to join them in Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Patent drafting, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of patents.
- Analyze and Draft office action response or FERs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Indian as well as foreign clients.
- Manage and maintain the client patent portfolio, including record-keeping and administrative tasks related to patent applications and prosecution.
- Ensure smooth planning and execution of simultaneous multiple project deliveries.
- Must have had an experience of delivering client ready responses.
- Manage email correspondence and actively participate in client calls to facilitate effective communication and alignment between stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of USPTO, EPO, and Indian Patent Office guidelines and case laws.
- Proficiency in US patent prosecution across a spectrum of technology domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
- Ability to quickly understand and grasp complex/cutting-edge technologies within Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, etc.
- Desire to deliver the best work product within set timelines.
