SKS Law Associates is hiring a Patent Associate for a full-time, on-site role at their Faridabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file patent applications.
• Conduct patentability assessments and prior art searches.
• Advise clients on patent law and intellectual property matters.
• Manage client IP portfolios and ensure legal compliance.
• Work on computer science and AI-related patent inventions.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure quality outcomes.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law or registered Patent Agent.
• Strong skills in patent preparation, filing, and assessment.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property and patent law.
• Excellent analytical, research, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Preferred: Degree in Computer Science with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and related fields.

Salary/Stipend
