Vutts & Associates LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of Patent Associate to work with them in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

The Patent Associate will be responsible for preparing and drafting patent applications, conducting patentability searches, preparing FER responses, attending hearing, filing written submissions.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Patent Preparation and drafting comprehensive Patent Applications.
• Strong understanding of Patentability assessments and their practical implications.
• Thorough knowledge of Patent Law and Intellectual Property laws.
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Relevant experience, especially in intellectual property law, is a strong advantage.
• Should have science background.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
