Vutts & Associates LLP Advocates is hiring a Patent Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Patent Associate will be responsible for patent preparation, filing patent applications, assessing patentability, and applying patent law and intellectual property principles in daily tasks.
Eligibility
- Patent Prosecution.
- Experience in Patentability assessments.
- Knowledge of Patent Law.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
