Details of the Job/Internship

K&S Partners is hiring Patent Associates with 2–4 years of experience and Senior Patent Associates with 4–6 years of experience to join their Computers & Electronics practice across multiple locations in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications in the domain of Computers & Electronics.
• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and validity searches.
• Assist clients in developing IP strategies and managing patent portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for IP-related matters.

Eligibility

• Patent Associate: 2–4 years of experience.
• Senior Patent Associate: 4–6 years of experience.
• Background in Computers & Electronics.
• Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills.

Salary/Stipend
