Details of the Job/Internship

Khurana & Khurana is currently seeking a Patent Attorney specializing in Foreign Patent Prosecution to join their team in Greater Noida. This role involves handling patent prosecution matters related to foreign jurisdictions. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clear verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and manage various aspects of client projects, mandates, business development, and client relationships.
• Act as both a team player and a proactive individual contributor, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Willingly undertake additional responsibilities such as organizing trainings, participating in speaking opportunities, handling client communications, and supervising the docketing team for seamless client interactions.
• Possess a strong understanding of the Patent Act and exhibit technical expertise to delve into intricate details of inventions.
• Preferably, hold registration as a Patent Agent/Attorney, demonstrating a solid foundation in patent law and procedures.
• Evaluation based on technical understanding of subject matter and depth of elaboration in invention specification. Ideal candidates from premium technical institutes with strong academic backgrounds.

Eligibility

• Seeking highly skilled Patent Prosecution Professionals with 3-4 years of experience in drafting responses to US/EP Office Actions, specializing in Core Software/Electronics/Mechanical domains.
• Preference for candidates based in Greater Noida office of K&K, though applications from Bangalore/Delhi/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad locations are welcome. Remote work applicants need not apply. Eligibility criteria.
