Details of the Job/Internship
Fox Mandal & Associates LLP is hiring a Patent Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct patent searches and draft patent applications.
- Manage the patent application process and handle patent prosecution.
- Advise clients on intellectual property strategy and ensure compliance with patent laws.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address patent-related issues.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution efforts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical).
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong research and drafting abilities.
- Excellent command over English.
- Hands-on experience with IP management tools.
- Confident in client communication and strategy.
- Organized, deadline-focused, and willing to learn.
