IP Wagon Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Patent Attorney to join their office in Online Mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prosecute patent applications across various technical fields.
- Prepare and respond to office actions, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and execute comprehensive patent strategies.
- Analyze and address technical and legal issues in patent prosecution.
- Provide expert advice on patentability and patent infringement matters.
- Manage a high volume of work, prioritizing deadlines effectively to meet client needs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of patent prosecution and patent law.
- Proven experience in drafting and responding to office actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
