Details of the Job/Internship
Parker & Parker Co. LLP is hiring a Patent Attorney with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct patent searches and opinion writing.
- Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.
- Reply to examination reports and office actions.
- Attend hearings before the Indian Patent Office independently.
- Conduct infringement analysis.
Eligibility
- Qualified and registered Patent Agent.
- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience with an IP law firm or general law firm.
