Details of the Job/Internship

RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is hiring a Patent Attorney with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves managing patent prosecution in India and across multiple jurisdictions, advising clients on patent strategy, and supporting portfolio growth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.
• Respond to office actions and examination reports with legal and technical arguments.
• Manage PCT applications and coordinate national phase entries.
• Conduct prior art searches and prepare patentability, FTO, and invalidity opinions.
• Advise on patent filing strategy, portfolio development, and jurisdiction selection.

Eligibility

• Qualified Patent Agent (IPO, India).
• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Technical degree in science or engineering.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
