Details of the Job/Internship

RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is hiring a Patent Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its patent team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.
• Respond to office actions and examination reports with strong legal and technical arguments.
• Manage PCT applications and coordinate national phase entries.
• Conduct prior art searches and prepare patentability, FTO, and invalidity opinions.
• Advise clients on patent filing strategies and portfolio development.
• Assist in jurisdiction selection for patent filings.

Eligibility

• Qualified Patent Agent (IPO, India).
• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Technical degree in science or engineering.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
