Details of the Job/Internship

Y&S Legal is hiring a Patent Drafting Intern to join their office in Delhi, India. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting patent applications.
• Conduct novelty and prior art searches.
• Prepare office action responses.
• Support patent prosecution processes.
• Manage intellectual property portfolios.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in patent drafting and prior art searches.
• Familiarity with patent prosecution processes.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electronics, computer science, biotechnology, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Attention to detail and drafting precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of global IP laws, including U.S. and European systems, is a plus.
• Familiarity with IP management tools and technical illustrations is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a technical field such as B.Tech. or M.Tech.
